As a Personal Trainer, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Whether it’s creating a stronger, more resilient body to navigate life, getting in the best shape of your life, or picking up dumbbells for the first time, my mission is to provide you with the best support, guidance and education to enable you to be the best version of yourself possible.
With a degree in Education and certifications as a Personal Trainer and a Level one Strength and Conditioning Coach, I’m here to work with everyone – no matter your age or fitness level. I specialise in helping women navigate the unique changes that come with menopause. As a Menopause Fitness and Coaching Specialist, I’m all about empowering women during this phase of life with personalised fitness programs and supportive coaching and education.
