Dr Hamid Janani

Ph.D in Sport Science - Sport Management, Masters Physical Education & Sports Science, Cert III & IV

My name is Hamid and I've been a fitness personal trainer for more than 10 years. My passion is to help people change their lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.

Getting fit and healthy does not have to be difficult, but often times it can be very frustrating to know what to do. But guess what? You’re not alone!  I'm here to help and I know your fitness journey is unique and therefore your training should reflect that.
I focus on training functionally and athletically, working on the core physical values of strength, stamina, endurance, mobility and stability. I believe enjoyment and building your knowledge about exercise will lead to longer lasting health and fitness. 


Dr Hamid Janani is a highly published Sports Scientist and has a doctorate in Physical Education and Sport Science - Sports Management. Hamid offers evidence-based strength & conditioning sessions & rehabilitation of existing injuries. So whether you're a fully fit weekend warrior, an elite athlete, elderly & frail or simply a busy middle-aged human who's been neglecting their body, Hamid can help you achieve your most functional, powerful and energetic form.
