I have been an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) & Sports Dietitian for over five years and have worked with many different individuals and families, for a variety of reasons. My passion is helping people develop an eating pattern that is sustainable for the rest of their life, and one they enjoy, as well as ensure it has them feeling their best (physically + mentally).
My favourite part about being a dietitian is helping others create long lasting behaviour change to improve their health, manage medical conditions, or achieve a specific goal they may have. Sometimes this involves focussing on the amounts or types of foods being consumed, but often it is also looking at overall variety as well as other lifestyle choices.
As much as bad habits can be hard to break, creating new healthy habits can be enjoyable & fun! I prefer to focus on this and believe everyone can make meaningful long-lasting change when given the right information and support.
