My aim as your Personal Trainer is to keep you organised, focused and accountable with clear fitness, strength & movement goals. Your sessions will be structured and different each week, comprising indoor and outdoor elements of weight bearing, cardio and optimum body movement. In the gym we'll include cardio, core and strength training. Outdoor sessions could involve trail running or high intensity interval sessions. I'll help you move out of low energy life ruts and build gradually into energy that can make you shine!
I've been a fitness personal trainer for 11 years, after first completing a Bachelor of Human Movement and Certificate III and IV in Fitness. As a mother of 2 myself, I'm particularly passionate about helping post-natal women regain their strength & well being. I'm also focused on working with athletes to build strength and condition. In the gym you may see me taking freestyle sessions in spin, boxing, core and Hiit. Outside the gym you may find me in the mountains trail running, mountain biking and practising yoga. I'm also a Paramedic and so find working with the healthy population as a Personal Trainer provides great balance.
