 My name is Ma.Regina Paz Matelli - Gina to my loyal clients and here's my journey to becoming a bodywork therapist.

I was born and raised in the healing touch culture of the FIlipino people; I have it embedded in my being, having been on the receiving end of many variations of bodywork and healing sessions from infancy. Through the years, it simply became a way of life, integrated with holistic ways.

I gained my dual diplomas in Remedial Massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Remedial Massage in 2019 under the tutelage of Principal Master Zhang Hao (Australian School of Remedial Therapies, Strathfield, NSW).  Prior to that, from 2014, I was immersed in the raw elements of Tuina (Chinese bodywork)and its complementary therapies, learning and developing basic yet genuine wisdom and techniques from a select group of people whose culture was founded on it.

My way of treatment stems primarily from the ancient Chinese Five Elements theory combined with Trigger Point therapy. This integration of Eastern and Western perspectives is commonly known as Myofascial Meridian Therapy. Put in simple terms, through a holistic perspective, I assess for blockage, stagnation and misalignment; and my intention is to release constrictions and promote flow in each individual.
