Group Classes

Classes are $10, paid at the time of the class. Currently, we have a Heartmoves Class every Wednesday at 1 PM, suitable for seniors.  It's held in the Show Room at Wrest Point but it's worth checking with our reception on 6221 1675 to ensure the class hasn't been temporarily relocated due to functions or shows on site.
